★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc tem q chegar cedo e fica lotado, me sinto no SUS, o atendimento por ordem de chegada faz com q fique lotado, muito melhor se fosse por hora marcada.
You have to arrive early and it gets crowded, I feel like I'm on the SUS, the first-come, first-served service makes it crowded, much better if it was by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito pequeno pra muitas pessoas justas, atendimento péssimo na recepção pessoa sem preparo nenhum, vou nela pelo os médicos que tem lá, q são ótimos.
Very small place for many fair people, terrible service at the reception, unprepared person, I go there because of the doctors there, who are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive o desprazer de estar nesse lugar...uma demora angustiada de ser atendida..lugar lotado..eu particularmente não volto mais então NAOOOO...indico esse assim saúde de nova Iguaçu.. Vá para outra unidade..ou se depare com essa situação desagradável e passe o dia todo lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Cheguei 13:30h para uma simples consulta com Clínico Geral. A médica do setor chegou atrasada pela manhã e estou até agora (18:15h) aguardando para ser atendido sem previsão de hora.
Terrible! I arrived at 1:30 pm for a simple appointment with the General Practitioner. The doctor in the sector arrived late in the morning and I'm still waiting (18:15h) to be seen without an estimated time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,fui tratada pior do que seria no público, Doutora ROGÉRIA CHIMON PEDIATRA péssimo atendimento, levei meu filho de um mês na primeira consulta e ela me tratou péssimo, além de ficar me chamando de mãe novinha DOIDA??(24 anos) e outra se eu tivesse tido mais nova não era ela que tá sustentando! Nunca mais eu volto nesse lugar!
Terrible service, I was treated worse than I would be in the public, Dr. ROGÉRIA CHIMON PEDIATRATER terrible service, I took my one month old son to the first appointment and she treated me very badly, in addition to calling me a CRAZY young mother??(24 years old) and another one if I had had a younger one, she wouldn't be supporting it! I will never go back to this place again!

Fui muito bem atendida . Nos meus exames . Fiz uma.transvaginal e mamografia. Vim aqui agradecer o atendimento da funcionária Joyce que fez a mamografia e é a atendente dó setor .

People have to understand that when we go to a.consultation or exam... you have to be patient. Because each case is a case.
I was very well taken care of. In my exams. I had a transvaginal and mammogram. I came here to thank the service provided by the employee Joyce who performed the mammogram and is the attendant of the sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, 20 min esperando só pra ser atendido e apenas 2 números foram chamados, ainda tem 7 na minha frente, fora a fila pra fazer o exame, duas atendentes pra uma multidão, PÉSSIMO, PÉSSIMO, a Assim deveria ter vergonha de apresentar um atendimento desses, e é o meu primeiro mês no plano.
Terrible, 20 minutes waiting just to be answered and only 2 numbers were called, there are still 7 in front of me, outside the queue to take the exam, two attendants for a crowd, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, so I should be ashamed to present a service of those, and it's my first month on the plan.
