★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São apenas 5 (CINCO) fichas para orientação a PrEP. É um centro de assistência especializada para IST (e não DST)/AIDS e só disponibilizam 5 fichas??? Tem um moço na recepção que é super arrogante, mal educado e sem um pingo de empatia o que contrasta com a moça (também da recepção) que é um amor de pessoa. Essa ideia de que só pq é público os pacientes devem ser tratados a maneira que eles (funcionários) preferem não passa de um "conceito" torpe.
There are only 5 (FIVE) cards for orientation to PrEP. It is a specialized care center for STIs (and not STDs) / AIDS and they only provide 5 forms ??? There is a guy at the reception who is super arrogant, impolite and without an ounce of empathy, which contrasts with the girl (also from the reception) who is a loving person. This idea that only because it is public patients should be treated the way they (employees) prefer is just a clumsy "concept".

e por fim é isso.. ou você aceita ser mal tratado ou fica sem tratamento algum.

Unprepared and unwilling team.
Dirty and smelly space.
They treat you anyway.
Arrogant doctors.
And finally thats it... either you accept being treated badly or you are left without any treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr reclamou para o paciente por ter retornado sem marcar, sendo q mesmo solicitou o retorno, caso agravasse sua situação, e estava num horário vazio, sem atender ninguém e ficou furioso por ter q atendê-lo, no SEU HORARIO DE TRABALHO.
Fazem vc voltar outro dia por preguiça de trabalhar.
Dr complained to the patient for having returned without an appointment, and he even requested the return, if his situation worsened, and he was on an empty schedule, not seeing anyone and was furious for having to see him, during HIS WORKING HOURS.
They make you come back another day because they are too lazy to work.

TERRIBLE AND ARROGANT DOCTORS AND ATTENDANTS, WILLING TO PUSH EACH ONE OF THEM. THEY HAD TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DUE TO THE BAD WILL TO WORK OF THE DOCTORS AND ATTENDANTS. TOO TERRIBLE!!!!
