Simplesmente desagradável, só tinha uma pessoa pra o que parecia muita demanda onde sequer um “ bom dia” pode ser respondido pelo senho que estava lá atendendo, consertando, dando laudo técnico dos equipamentos trazidos.
E pior o cliente chega da um bom dia no qual não é correspondido pelo tal, só pega o equipamento de suas mãos sem dizer nada vira as costas e faz outra coisa!
Paraaaaaa cliente não é advinho pra entender linguagem corporal ou enigmas ou vc fala ou vai complicar.
Pois é complicou!
Não recomendo! Atendimento a desejar, pessoa pode servimos técnico mais não tem educação que bons modos que é onde começa o atendimento ao público.

And worse the client arrives of a good day in which it is not corresponded by this one, only takes the equipment of his hands without saying nothing turns his back and does something else!
Paraaaaaa client is not a good idea to understand body language or puzzles or you talk or complicate.
It is complicated!
I do not recommend! Attendance to wish, person can serve technician but has no education that good manners that is where the public service begins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu ponto de experiência valeu a pena levar o meu ventilador pois quando cheguei lá ele tinha queimado mas paguei um valor justo pelo preço pois eu tive que trocar o motor dele comprei pela internet e não me liguei que era 120 V só que aqui no Brasil o nosso V é 220 por isso que o ventilador queimou mas paguei pelo um preço justo por outro motor mas continuei com a mesma com a carcaça mas nem parece que é outro muito bom está completamente aprovado ele tem um ótimo atendimento vale a pena colocar nessa assistência inclusive ele faz também manutenção Pois todos ventilador faz manutenção de seis e seis meses para ver limpeza total esse tá faltando algo para ele funcionar normal eu adorei produtos em alta qualidade e tudo que você faz é tem garantia pela loja da assistência da arno Parabéns amigo você faz um ótimo desempenho no produto e faz também uma ótima qualidade de serviço por isso indico a todos pessoa totalmente confiável pois amigo eu estou indicando a vocês que quer procurar uma boa assistência e confiável. My experience point was worth taking my fan because when I got there it had burned but I paid a fair amount for the price because I had to change the motor I bought it on the internet and I didn't call it that it was 120 V but here in Brazil the our V is 220 that's why the fan burned but I paid for a fair price for another motor but I kept the same with the housing but it doesn't even look like it's another very good it's completely approved it has a great service it's worth putting in this assistance even he also does maintenance Because all fans do maintenance for six and six months to see total cleaning this one is missing something for it to work normally I loved high quality products and everything you do is guaranteed by the arno assistance store Congratulations friend you do it a great performance in the product and it also makes a great quality of service so I nominate everyone a totally reliable person because my friend I'm indicating to you that you want to look for a good and reliable assistance. Let me tell you just a little bit I once put my fan on a person who doesn't fix it and he said he fixes a fan But I regretted that he was just a fan curious, he completely destroyed the fan because I thought I need to look for a good assistance there that came I looked on Google and found this assistance that is in Paulista I took my same fan because there was repaired I paid for the fair price it was worth taking and I also fixed it. ?????
