â â â â â O serviço Ă© prĂĄtico e realmente resolve os problemas. No meu caso, um dos reparos nĂŁo resolveu o problema por completo e o tĂ©cnico voltou pra fazer novo reparo sem custo adicional.
The service is practical and really solves problems. In my case, one of the repairs didn't completely solve the problem and the technician came back to do a new repair at no additional cost.

Very quick service, but we found it very expensive, my stove was clogged, I just changed the part where the gas came out (burner). Looks like a screw. An absurd amount of what we paid.

Infelizmente não posso indicar esta empresa a ninguém (que atende por AtiveService e ClimService).
A minha mĂĄquina de lava e seca foi levada para fazer um reparo e 2 dias depois estava com o mesmo problema (e que estĂĄ acontecendo de novo). Isto tudo dentro de menos de 2 meses.
Ao que parece a parte técnica e o atendimento não conversam muito entre os mesmos pois liguei hj as 08:30 da manhã solicitando que fizessem o concerto e só vim obter resposta agora as 16:48 dizendo que o serviço não poderia ser feito.
EntĂŁo se vocĂȘ puder procurar algum outro serviço, faça. Esta empresa irĂĄ te cobrar caro e fazer um serviço ruim.
I really like to recommend good services to people who are my friends and acquaintances, as I believe it is a good way to reward in addition to the money of a good service.
Unfortunately, I cannot refer this company to anyone (who works for AtiveService and ClimService).
My lava and dry machine was taken to make a repair and 2 days later I had the same problem (and that is happening again). All of this in less than 2 months.
Apparently the technical part and the service do not talk much among them because I called today at 08:30 am asking them to do the concert and I only came to get an answer now at 16:48 saying that the service could not be done.
So if you can look for some other service, do it. This company will charge you dearly and do a poor service.

â â â â â Avaliei com uma estrela pq nĂŁo tinha a opção de zerar as mesmas. NĂŁo indico nem ao meu pior inimigo. A parte tĂ©cnica aĂnda tenta suprir as necessidades do cliente. PorĂ©m a parte administrativa da Clim service/ative service Ă© totalmente descomprometida. NĂŁo caiam nessa cilada. Se quiser consertar suas mĂĄquinas de lavar, procure outra firma.
I rated it with one star because I didn't have the option to reset them. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. The technical part still tries to meet the customer's needs. However, the administrative part of Clim service/active service is completely uncompromised. Don't fall into this trap. If you want to fix your washing machines, look for another firm.
