★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fiz o agendamento do serviço às 10h, aguardei 1 hora e não apareceram, nem responderam meus questionamentos no wsp. Liguei para saber o que estava ocorrendo e me passaram que o técnico ainda ia sair (não explicaram o motivo do atraso). Enfim, total falta de respeito ao cliente.
Terrible service. I scheduled the service at 10 am, I waited 1 hour and they didn't show up or answer my questions on wsp. I called to find out what was going on and they told me that the technician was still leaving (they didn't explain the reason for the delay). Anyway, total lack of respect for the customer.
