★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para solicitar um orçamento da porta da minha geladeira inverse por exatamente 4 vezes e todas me disseram que enviariam por WhatsApp. Depois da primeira ligação o restante sempre foi que o técnico estava fora e não tinha como orçar o valor da mão de obra. Hoje completa 3 semanas e nunca enviaram o meu orçamento e nem retornaram com uma posição. Como responderam abaixo dizendo que não houve pedido de orçamento, só no dia 07/ liguei duas vezes e está em meu registro. Fechei o pedido com a assistência técnica da Mooca
I called to request a quote for my inverse fridge door exactly 4 times and they all told me they would send it by WhatsApp. After the first call, the rest was always that the technician was out and had no way of budgeting the cost of labor. Today completes 3 weeks and they never sent my quote or returned with a position. As they replied below saying that there was no request for a quote, I only called on the 7th / twice and it is on my record. I closed the order with Mooca's technical assistance
