★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único ponto positivo da autoescola foram as aulas de direção com o Dirceu, bom instrutor, paciente, com muitas dicas. Sílvio, o outro instrutor, é um psicopata, durante as aulas fica contando como gosta de apreciar e tocar nas pernas das alunas de direção - é um senhor de 70 anos! Frustra todas as tentativas de aprendizado porque no final vai tentar te convencer a pagar a carteira ( aí ele receberá por fora). Fiz duas aulas com este tipo e pedi para mudar. Mas no final aprendi até direção defensiva com o Dirceu, por isso as 5 estrelas.
 The only positive point of driving school was the driving lessons with Dirceu, a good instructor, patient, with lots of tips. Sílvio, the other instructor, is a psychopath, during classes he tells how he likes to appreciate and touch the legs of the students of direction - he is a 70 year old man! It frustrates all attempts at learning because in the end it will try to convince you to pay the wallet (then he will receive on the outside). I took two classes with this guy and asked to change. But in the end I even learned defensive driving with Dirceu, that's why the 5 stars.

O segredo é não ter pressa, no Brasil tirar cnh é um desafio então separe um ano só pra isso !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, muito ruim mesmo. Liguei para tirar uma dúvida, a pessoa ficava me interrompendo, impaciente, me chamando de "campeão" e não deixava eu falar. Com certeza não recomendado pra ninguém com um atendimento péssimo como esse.
The service is horrible, really bad. I called to ask a question, the person kept interrupting me, impatient, calling me "champion" and wouldn't let me speak. Certainly not recommended for anyone with a terrible service like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ensino. O instrutor Cláudio não consegue reconhecer os erros cometidos pelo alunos em aula. Para aprender de forma correta é necessário avisar ao instrutor que está fazendo errado e perguntar constantemente sobre como pode melhorar, caso contrário não será possível aprender como fazer da forma exigida no exame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos instrutores! Além disso, o cara queria cobrar $200 pra fazer o requerimento da CNH permanente, sendo que no Detran fica $40! Depois de pagar quase $2.000 na carta isso é uma falta de respeito! Sem falar que o atendimento é péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente completei todos os procedimentos para tirar carta, e demorou muito mais que deveria. Apenas no CFC tinha um ponto positivo, a professora, fora isso, não nos atendem no telefone, vira e mexe não tem ninguém no balcão para atender, demoraram décadas para me colocar para fazer o exame prático, e o pior de tudo: Meu instrutor me tratava como alguém que já deveria saber dirigir, as primeiras aulas foram estressantes, com ele falando mal e fazendo piadas sobre a minha inexperiência. A maneira que ele me ensinou, desleixada, sem vontade nenhuma, me deu vontade até de não tirar mais a carta. De verdade, é melhor não escolher essa auto escola, são anti profissionais e vão te fazer passar por um estresse desnecessário.

Only at CFC there was a positive point, the teacher, other than that, they don’t answer us on the phone, they turn and move, there is no one at the counter to answer, it took decades to put me to take the practical exam, and worst of all: My instructor he treated me like someone who should already know how to drive, the first classes were stressful, with him speaking badly and making jokes about my inexperience. The way he taught me, sloppy, without any will, made me want not to take the letter anymore. In fact, it is better not to choose this driving school, they are unprofessional and will put you through unnecessary stress.

Porém, ao entrar na loja me deparei com um senhor ao telefone, falando sobre conserto de um carro, nada grave,não me deu atenção, pôs a mão no ouvido para não ouvir minha pergunta. Me ignorou! Fui ver preço de carta para meus dois filhos, carro e moto, e aulas para já habilitada..e me ignorou! Com a crise, tudo esteve fechado, cartazes chamando clientes e o senhor me ignorou. Porque não fecham as portas? Sobram clientes?
Custava me olhar e pedir que aguardasse? Me desse o mínimo de atenção?
Não precisam de clientes.
Não fui pedir esmola, e se fosse o caso, também mereceria atenção!

They don't need customers.
