Deviam apenas trocar a tela trincada.
Entretanto, recebi um aparelho que o sinal falha constante e o conector USB está quase entupido pela borracha de vedação fora de posição.
No dia seguinte, ao questionar a loja, não fui recebido da mesma maneira e me mandaram embora com desleixo e com meu aparelho semi funcional.

Levei meu celular com um problema, me disseram que além do problema eu teria que trocar a bateria, troquei e em menos de um mês a bateria estufou. Não queriam dar a garantia , ainda tiraram a película do celular não colocaram outra e não me avisaram.
Levei o celular em uma assistência séria e me disseram que a bateria que colocaram não era original! Eles não dão nota fiscal de nada. E das 3 vezes que fui lá reclamar tinham mais pessoas reclamando de má assistência.
Their assistance is outsourced for this reason and they do not care about the service they provide. I took my phone with a problem, I was told that in addition to the problem I would have to change the battery, I changed it and in less than a month the battery blew out. They didn't want to give the guarantee, they even took the cell phone's skin off, they didn't put another one on and they didn't warn me.
I took the phone in a serious assistance and I was told that the battery they put in was not original! They don't give invoices for anything. And the 3 times I went there to complain, there were more people complaining about bad assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o celular de minha esposa para trocar a bateria (um Moto Z2 Play) em 17.09.2020. Trocaram a bateria e cobraram o valor de R$ 180,00 (sem fornecer nota fiscal de serviço e/ou peça). Deram garantia legal de 90 dias. A bateria "nova" não carregava corretamente e o celular estufou. Acionamos a garantia em 07.11.2020 e trocaram novamente a bateria, devolvendo o celular em 10.11.2020. Todavia, foram extremamente grosseiros com minha esposa, negando-se a dar garantia da nova bateria instalada (tiveram postura arrogante, como se trocar a bateria fosse um favor e não uma obrigação; e alegaram suposto mau uso, que não ocorreu). Pelo que percebemos, os serviços não são realizados no local, mas sim por terceira pessoa. É uma assistência técnica muito informal, não emite nota fiscal e não trata bem seus clientes. Outrossim, os serviços executados deixam muito a desejar, a "nova" bateria não durou nem três meses e eles não respeitam o CDC (negam-se a estender a garantia). Em suma, deixou muito a desejar. Não recomendo.
I took my wife's cell phone to change the battery (a Moto Z2 Play) on September 17, 2020. They changed the battery and charged R $ 180.00 (without providing invoice for service and / or parts). Furthermore, the services performed leave a lot to be desired, the "new" battery did not last even three months and they do not respect the CDC (they refuse to extend the warranty). In short, it left much to be desired. I do not recommend.
