★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com o Sr Carlos por telefone e me perguntou o modelo e qual era o problema da geladeira, expliquei e o mesmo me falou os procedimentos que eu devia fazer que a geladeira voltaria! Dito e feito!!! A geladeira voltou tudo ao normal!! Gostaria de PARABENIZAR A HONESTIDADE e o PROFISSIONALISMO DO SR CARLOS, pois outro poderia vir ao local , fazer o procedimento que ele me orientou " por telefone " e cobrar um absurdo !!!

I got in touch with Mr Carlos by phone and he asked me the model and what was the problem with the fridge, I explained and he told me the procedures I should do so that the fridge would come back! No sooner said than done!!! The fridge is back to normal!! I would like to CONGRATULATE THE HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM OF MR CARLOS, because someone else could come to the place, do the procedure that he guided me "by phone" and charge an absurdity!!!
I HAVE PASSED ON HIS CONTACT TO THE WHOLE FAMILY! THANK YOU SO MUCH MR CARLOS!

A minha geladeira parou de gelar pois o gás escapou e em seguida queimou o motor, ele trocou o motor e me deu um bom desconto num outro motor, e ainda colocou o gás que minha geladeira precisava. A geladeira está melhor do que estava!! Deus abençoe Carlos.
I highly recommend Técnico Carlos. He is very helpful, careful, punctual and very honest. My fridge stopped freezing because the gas escaped and then the engine burned, he changed the engine and gave me a good discount on another engine, and even put the gas my fridge needed.
