★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento. Mas não passa disso. A máquina já foi ao "concerto" 2 vezes, sendo que a princípio, o problema era apenas no cesto que havia parado de girar. Após isso a máquina voltou com outros problemas, barulho extremamente alto e todo o ciclo foi desregulado, a máquina não realiza os processos, simplesmente parou, a incompetência é tão grande que o funcionário diz que testa, mas no primeiro uso em domicílio ela apresenta o problema. Curioso. O valor do "concerto" foi alto, em torno de 400 reais, pra concertar um cesto parado. A garantia é de 6 meses. Hoje a máquina voltou pela terceira vez do concerto, e novamente com problemas, ela parou, não realiza os processos, e ainda vaza água.
Enquanto estiver na "garantia" farei questão de chama-lo para "arrumar" os problemas. Do contrário, tomarei medidas ativas pelo procon.

As long as I'm in the "warranty" I'll be happy to call you to "fix" the problems. Otherwise, I will take proactive action.
