★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar em si é ótimo para morar, o que é ruim é a associação de moradores do loteamento que insiste em querer colocar regras arbitrárias, tipo obrigar os moradores a pagar a manutenção da associação, sendo que já tem uma decisão do STF que nós não somos obrigados a pagar nem se quer a manutenção, pois se trata de um loteamento de ruas públicas. Tirando isso o resto é bom.
The place itself is great to live, what is bad is the association of residents of the subdivision that insists on wanting to put arbitrary rules, like forcing residents to pay for the association's maintenance, since there is already a decision by the STF that we are not forced to pay for maintenance, as it is a subdivision of public streets. Other than that, the rest is good.
