★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente sumiram com meu dinheiro, e do grupo todo que foram feitas as reservas e não usadas. Nao atendem o telefone, não respondem as mensagens.
O cancelamento foi feito em tempo hábil como as normas da própria empresa pelo motivo do fechamento pela pandemia. No dia de hoje já se passaram mais de 30 dias do prazo que solicitaram para a devolução. Simplesmente desapareceram .
Empresa sem responsabilidade , pelo jeito terei que resolver judicialmente.

They just disappeared with my money, and from the whole group that reservations were made and not used. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer the messages.
The cancellation was made in a timely manner as the company's own rules for the reason of the closure by the pandemic. As of today, more than 30 days have passed since the deadline they requested for the return. They just disappeared.
Company without responsibility, it seems that I will have to resolve it in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos a pousada com quase 1 mês de antecedência e cancelaram com a gente 1 dia antes. Íamos a um casamento. Tivemos que nos virar para conseguir outro lugar para ficar. Não recomendo.
We booked the hostel almost 1 month in advance and canceled with us 1 day before. We were going to a wedding. We had to manage to get another place to stay. I do not recommend.

Atendentes atenciosos, ambiente familiar, quarto simples mas aconchegante, café da manhã maravilhoso, lugar de paz e sossego. A vista da pousada é privilegiada! A pousada não oferece produtos de higiene pessoal como sabonete e shampoo, por isso, é preciso levar os produtos próprios, já que o comércio não fica tão próximo. Os quartos não possuem ar condicionado, mas na época que fui estava fresquinho e o ar não fez falta.
Recomendo!
Great place for lodging!
Attentive staff, family atmosphere, simple but cozy room, wonderful breakfast, place of peace and quiet. The view from the inn is privileged! The inn does not offer personal hygiene products such as soap and shampoo, so it is necessary to take your own products, as the trade is not so close. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but at the time I went it was cool and the air was not needed.
I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui apenas almoçar , o paladar é bom mas, não há sobremesa e a salada é só alface crespa e tomate. A comida é basicamente a mineira e apesar das comidinhas estarem sobre fogão a lenha, esta se encontrava de morna a fria. Espero que com essas dicas , melhore.
I just went for lunch, the taste is good but there is no dessert and the salad is just crisp lettuce and tomato. The food is basically from Minas Gerais and despite the food being on a wood stove, it was warm to cold. I hope that with these tips, it gets better.
