★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles pedem para encaminhar o pedido médico por email, e dizem que depois entram em contato para agendar as sessões. Encaminhei meu pedido há quase dois meses, tendo entrado em contato por telefone por duas vezes para cobrar uma posição, e até agora não fui atendido. Eles dizem que não tem vaga, e que não há previsão. Um lugar que deixa a pessoa esperando esse tempo todo, não pode ser tão sério. Será que eles dão preferência a pacientes particulares? Sou convênio. Isso é discriminação! Não recomendo confiar neles. Se fosse esperar por eles, já estaria há dois meses sem atendimento.
They ask to forward the medical request by email, and say they will then contact you to schedule the sessions. I forwarded my order almost two months ago, having contacted by phone twice to charge a position, and so far I have not been served. They say that there is no vacancy, and that there is no forecast. A place that keeps people waiting all this time, cannot be so serious. Do they give preference to private patients? I'm an agreement. This is discrimination! I don't recommend trusting them. If I were to wait for them, I would have been out of service for two months.
