Perceptível pelos comentários que pegam o dinheiro das pessoas e somem. A imagem do suposto técnico já está circulando nas redes sociais. Vamos acionar a polícia e entrar com um processo de interdição da suposta empresa devido aos diversos casos relatados.
Attention..Police case! They sell defective parts, do not respond, block on whatsapp, charge dearly and the machine is defective. Noticeable by the comments that take people's money and disappear. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico veio duas vezes e a máquina apresentava o mesmo problema, mas segundo ele eram peças diferentes e por issopagamos novamente pelo conserto. Um mês depois maquinas deu o mesmo problema. Eles deram garantia, marcaram de vir olhar e simplesmente não apareceram. Não atendem o telefone e nem respondem whatsapp. Péssima empresa, oportunista e nada profissional.
The technician came twice and the machine had the same problem, but according to him they were different parts and so we paid again for the repair. A month later machines gave the same problem. They gave a guarantee, arranged to come and look and just didn't show up. They don't answer the phone and they don't answer whatsapp. Bad company, opportunistic and unprofessional.

Don't hire this company, zero professionalism and commitment to the customer, it's been seven days since I've been trying to return to check my machine and they just mess with me, make an appointment and don't show up, I'm going to call the procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0 péssimos profissionais não cumprem o prometido me prometeu 1 ano de garantia numa máquina de lavar que deu o mesmo problema depois de 15 dias de enrolação o técnico apareceu desmontou a parte de baixo da máquina falou que tinha esquecido a chave que ia voltar para arrumar e até hoje não indico para mais ninguém nota 000000

Com muito custo consegui entrar em contato, pois eles não respondiam no whatsapp. Tive que ir presencialmente, daí ele voltou na minha casa mais duas vezes e a máquina continuou com o problema. Além do prejuízo tive que comprar outra máquina. Me senti lesada.

Terrible. He charged 450 to fix the machine and it came back worse. With great cost I managed to get in touch, as they did not respond on whatsapp. I had to go in person, then he came back to my house twice more and the machine continued with the problem. In addition to the damage, I had to buy another machine. I felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0. Contratei o serviço para o conserto de duas máquinas de lavar roupa. Uma delas teve problema e com garantia de 6 meses. Entrei em contato com a empresa e o técnico demorou a comparecer na minha residência e quando compareceu levou uma peça da máquina dizendo que precisa ser trocada. Até a presente data não recebi qualquer ligação da empresa ou técnico para fazer reposição da peça. Os telefones (31) 986663839 e (31) 30634425 não adianta ligar e já deixei várias mensagens pelo whatsapp e sem retorno.
Estou grávida e preciso da máquina para lavar as roupas e não tenho outra para substituir.
Uma falta de respeito com consumidor como uma empresa dessa não tem credibilidade. Não tem outra forma de entregar em contato com a empresa e os meus direitos de consumidor não está sendo cumprido e onde já fiz o pagamento.
04/10/2021 - Quero saber como o problema da máquina será resolvido. E por que não retornam as minhas ligações. Só quero o conserto da minha máquina. Você respondeu ao meu comentário, porém, não mencionou se o meu problema será resolvido
Grade 0. I hired the service to repair two washing machines. One of them had a problem and was guaranteed for 6 months. I contacted the company and the technician took a while to show up at my home and when he came he took a part of the machine saying it needs to be replaced. To date, I have not received any call from the company or technician to replace the part. The telephones (31) 986663839 and (31) 30634425 are useless to call and I have already left several messages on whatsapp and no return.
I'm pregnant and I need the washing machine and I don't have another one to replace.
A lack of respect for a consumer like a company like this has no credibility. There is no other way to deliver in contact with the company and my consumer rights are not being fulfilled and where I have already made the payment.
10/4/2021 - I want to know how the machine problem will be solved. And why don't you return my calls. I just want my machine fixed. You responded to my comment, but you didn't mention if my issue will be resolved.
