A equipe que retirou minha TV é super gentil e educada, cumpriram os protocolos sanitários e utilizaram máscara. A identificação do defeito e a solicitação da peça ( tela 55"OLED foram muito rápidas) em 4 dias recebi minha TV funcionando corretamente sem nenhum problema, ja estou utilizando e testando. The service went beyond expectations, starting with the contact via phone and whatsapp and the appointment to remove my TV. The team that removed my TV is super kind and polite, they complied with health protocols and wore a mask. The identification of the defect and the request for the part (55"OLED screen were very fast) in 4 days I received my TV working correctly without any problem, I am already using it and testing it. SUPER RECOMMEND FIX CENTER, you can trust your product will be in good condition hands, differentiated team in the market!
