★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp devido a pandemia e questionei sobre os valores foi informado que o valor seria de R$ 50,00 o quilograma, logo solicitei 2 kg. Pedi pra outra pessoa pegar o bolo e quando o mesmo chegou lá falou que o valor deu R$ 137 pois tinha ultrapassado os 2 kg. Passei pelo constrangimento pois dei R$ 100,00 para retirar e ele ainda teve que tirar do bolso. Entrei em contato informando que achei abusivo terem ultrapassado o valor e eu ter que pagar a diferença, logo se eles fizessem um de 3 kg eu teria que pagar também. Foi a primeira e última vez que fiz uma compra aí, não recomendo.

I asked someone else to get the cake and when he got there he said that the value was R $ 137 because it had exceeded 2 kg. I went through the embarrassment because I gave R $ 100.00 to withdraw and he still had to take it out of his pocket. I contacted them stating that I thought it was abusive to have exceeded the amount and I had to pay the difference, so if they made a 3 kg one I would have to pay too. It was the first and last time I made a purchase there, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou consumidor no mínimo 15 anos da Astúrias e varias festas sempre compramos com eles , sempre gostei da qualidade dos produtos, mas os últimos bolos que compramos nesses últimos (dois meses) e os (mesmos sabores) de sempre baixou muito a qualidade de alguns ingredientes ou pode ser a forma de preparo, mas não gostamos, os salgados sempre bem gostosos e organizado. moça do caixa poderia atender melhor, sempre cara fechada que da vontade de não retornar no lugar por causa de uma pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doceria um pouco cara pra região, qualidade não condiz com o preço. Sempre faço o teste no comércio de pedir um copo de água, nessa doceria se recusaram a dar um copo de água, podiam dar apenas a garrafinha comprada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária do caixa não usa máscara. Um desrespeito com o cliente! Entrei em contato com a vigilância sanitária e aconseho não frequentarem o local que não protege funcionários e clientes. Há opções muito melhores e respeitosas em tempos onde higiene e respeito se fazem tão necessários.
