★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo no balcão para tomar um café - Estive hoje nessa padaria (09/06/2022) pela manhã, parece que você é transparente, funcionários não fazem a menor questão de lhe atender, ficam conversando sobre a vida alheia e falando mau da empresa | padaria e seus empregadores, fora a demora no atendimento antipatia total, o café desceu até quadrado.
Por favor caso não queiram trabalhar - peçam as contas - o cliente não é obrigado a aguentar a antipatia e cara feia !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria poderia ser muito boa: Bem apresentável, variedade de produtos mediana, mas o que mata e a torna péssima é o atendimento. Além do desleixo costumeiro, hoje para mim foi a gota d'água. Cheguei alguns minutos após a abertura, logo a padaria não estava cheia. Me sentei junto ao balcão e havia mais de três atendentes do lado de dentro, todos conversando animadamente, tomando seus cafés e ignorando completamente a presença do cliente. Após esperar por mais de cinco minutos, me levantei e fui embora. Se precisam de um tempo para colocar o papo em dia, então que façam isso antes da padaria abrir. A partir do momentos que está aberta, os clientes devem ser atendidos. Não pretendo voltar, pois como disse: Este fato foi a gota d'água, o atendimento já é costumeiramente desleixado.

I sat at the counter and there were more than three servers inside, all chatting excitedly, sipping their coffee and completely ignoring the customer's presence. After waiting for more than five minutes, I got up and left. If you need time to catch up, then do it before the bakery opens. From the moment it is open, customers must be attended to. I don't intend to go back, because as I said: This fact was the last straw, the service is already habitually sloppy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento essa padaria há dois meses e me decepcionei todas as vezes que retornei, mas hoje eu realmente desisti. Nunca mais retorno a esse lugar. A qualidade de todos os produtos é muita boa, talvez por isso eu tenha insistido tanto, mas são totalmente incompetentes no atendimento. Hoje, havia 6 atendentes no balcão, uma tombando na outra, conversando entre si, lentas no atendimento e com zero foco nos clientes. Anotavam pedidos e eles ficavam esquecidos em algum buraco negro, pois nada chegava, isso aconteceu comigo, com meu filho e com pessoas que estavam no balcão. Todos os dias que fui nesse estabelecimento a fila da padaria é do caixa estavam surreal, e isso acontece em todos os horários, e não porque tem muitas pessoas, mas porque as pessoas do caixa são lentas e confusas. Se tem algum gerente nesse estabelecimento, deve ser invisível ou ficar em algum escritório, pois é nítido que todos ficam nesse atendimento confuso sem qualquer orientação. Preciso ressaltar que os atendentes são sempre simpáticos, mas sem capacidade operacional. Precisam de treinamento adequado. É uma pena um estabelecimento desse não ter gestão!
I've been going to this bakery for two months now and I've been disappointed every time I've returned, but today I really gave up. I will never return to that place again. The quality of all products is very good, maybe that's why I insisted so much, but they are totally incompetent in service. Today, there were 6 attendants at the counter, one leaning over the other, talking to each other, slow in service and with zero focus on customers. They took orders and they were forgotten in some black hole, because nothing arrived, this happened to me, my son and people who were at the counter. Every day I went to this establishment, the line for the bakery and the cashier was surreal, and this happens at all times, not because there are too many people, but because the people at the cashier are slow and confusing. If there is a manager in this establishment, he must be invisible or stay in an office, as it is clear that everyone is in this confused service without any guidance. I need to point out that the attendants are always friendly, but without operational capacity. They need proper training. It's a shame an establishment like this doesn't have management!
