Levei na loja para efetuar a troca, a gerente fez pouquíssimo caso, disse que não era defeito de fabricação (como ela sabe??? pericia visual em 5 segundos?), que ela não era apropriada pro tamanho dele (ele tem 5 kg, a coleira fica até larguinha. Inclusive, a vendedora que indicou), que ele tinha roido (sendo que a ruptura está na altura do pescoço, nunca vi cao nem lamber o proprio pescoço, que dirá morder. Não ha aparencia de mordida) e se recusou a trocar. Como uma coleira dura 12 dias e uma gerente se recusa a trocar?
