★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Há anos eu frequento essa loja. Desde 1995. Nunca tive q falar mal, sobre o atendimento. Tinha até um vendedor q o nome dele era Vilson, e como muitos outros sempre fui bem atendida, com paciência e muito respeito. Ainda continuo indo lá sempre q preciso. Hoje mesmo estarei lá.
Good Morning! I have been going to this store for years. Since 1995. I never had to speak ill, about the service. There was even a salesman whose name was Vilson, and like many others I was always well attended, with patience and a lot of respect. I still go there whenever I need to. Today I will be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na casa azevedo sexta-feira dia 16/07/21, mal entrei na loja fui abordada por funcionário perguntando como seria a minha forma de pagamento, uma vez que ainda estava começando a ver o que compraria. Fiquei indignada com a pergunta. Sinceramente não retorno nunca mais a esta loja. É preciso um treinamento aos funcionários e informar que cliente está sempre em primeiro lugar, até mesmo faltando 10 minutos para fechar a loja. Que este meu comentário não fique em vão.
I was at casa azevedo on Friday, 07/16/21, as soon as I entered the store I was approached by an employee asking me how my payment method would be, since I was still starting to see what I would buy. I was outraged by the question. I honestly never return to this store. It is necessary to train employees and inform that the customer is always first, even if there are 10 minutes to close the store. May this comment of mine not be in vain.
