★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi comprar algumas misturas nesse açougue e entre eles um fígado que veio a fazer 3 dias depois e quando fomos comer estava com gosto de "fel" muito amargo. Ela foi fazer a troca numa boa e um dos açougueiros a tratou com desdém, dizendo ele, que ela tinha que ter feito no mesmo dia da compra. Porém isso nao existe pois compramos a vida toda fígado e as as vezes demoramos muito mais dias e nunca aconteceu isso. Não estava com mal cheiro, mas sim amargo e sabemos que é fel... O açougueiro chamou atencao dos outros clientes ao o questionamento, fazendo, assim minha mãe passar por um breve constrangimento.Espero que oriente seus funcionários a tratar de forma adequada os seus clientes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima como sempre. Salvo o atendimento incrível de uma açougueiro todo o resto é um show de horror. Sem alcool para higienização na entrada do cliente. Sem resposta dos funcionários que fingem quem não ouvem. Produtos sem etiqueta de validade. Higiene duvidosa. Caixas são as que mais te ignoram e te tratam sem o mínimo de respeito. Estabelecimento deveria ser fechado para adequação, priorizando saúde de clientes e colaboradores
As bad as ever. Except for the incredible service of a butcher, everything else is a horror show. No alcohol for cleaning at the customer's entrance. No response from employees who pretend to not hear. Products without an expiration label. Doubtful hygiene. Boxes are the ones that ignore you most and treat you with the least respect. Establishment should be closed for adaptation, prioritizing the health of customers and employees

Sou cliente frequente da Júnior que fica no São José e também a que fica ao lado do Sonda, preciso de carne para hamburgueria e semanalmente compro cerca de 10-15kg de carne. Fui na unidade do Casa Grande no fim de semana passado perguntar ao gerente se o KG do acém acima de 5kg sairia a R$19,99 como é nas outras unidades e ele me informou que sim. Então, por ser mais próximo de casa, fui lá ontem para comprar o KG do acém ao preço que ele tinha me informado, e para minha surpresa, inventaram uma desculpa que todos os gerentes tinham sido demitidos e não daria para fazer o preço informado (sendo que o gerente que falei na semana passada estava lá). Perdi tempo e logística do meu estabelecimento mas o atacadão de carnes Júnior perdeu um consumidor em potencial, pois, sempre compro no São José e sou muito bem atendido pelo gerente e funcionários de lá. Nunca mais volto nessa unidade do Jardim Casa Grande. Não recomendo.
Worst wholesale meat steak in the entire region. I am a frequent client of Júnior that is in São José and also that that is next to Sonda, I need meat for hamburgers and weekly I buy about 10-15kg of meat. I went to the Casa Grande unit last weekend to ask the manager if the KG from above 5kg would cost R $ 19.99 as it is in the other units and he informed me that it was. So, because I was closer to home, I went there yesterday to buy KG from above at the price he had informed me, and to my surprise, they made up an excuse that all managers had been fired and I would not be able to make the price informed ( the manager I spoke to last week was there). I lost time and logistics at my establishment, but the meat wholesale Junior lost a potential consumer, because I always shop at São José and I am very well attended by the manager and employees there. I will never return to this unit at Jardim Casa Grande. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos na area da churrasqueira onde assam os espetinhos e a música estava muito alta a ponto de nao dar pra fazer o pedido, os espetinhos vieram secos, e o de kafta estava muito ruim. Enfim pessima experiência, nao volto e nem recomendo.
We went to the barbecue area where the skewers are roasting and the music was too loud to the point of ordering, the skewers came dry, and the kafta was very bad. Anyway, bad experience, I won't go back and don't recommend it.

De longe o melhor açougue da região, só não dou 5 estrelas por não aceitarem parcelamento.
Mas a qualidade e o preço são muito bons, sem contar o atendimento que é maravilhoso.
I've been shopping with them since October of last year.
By far the best butcher in the region, I just don't give it 5 stars because they don't accept installments.
But the quality and price are very good, not to mention the wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo, sem moscas!vários atendentes cortezes, eficientes. Fazem dois anos que compro lá. Tem variedade de carnes, desde filé mignon... e hoje até comprei mocotó (canela/pé de boi) pedi pra serrarem em 'rodelas'- ok. (A Muié já fez caldo com legumes??)
A loja tem um armazém anexo que quebra o galho numa emergência. Top!

Clean place, no flies! several courteous, efficient attendants. I've been shopping there for two years. There's a variety of meats, from filet mignon... and today I even bought mocotó (cinnamon/beef foot) and asked them to be sawn in 'slices' - ok. (Muié has already made vegetable broth??)
The store has an attached warehouse that breaks the branch in an emergency. Top!
