★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local agendar um procedimento, um rapaz me atendeu, por qual razão eu não sei FINGIU que agendou, que falou com a moça que fazia o procedimento e ao chegar lá no dia e na hora marcada não tinha absolutamente NADA agendado. Me desloquei de outra cidade para ir lá fazer o procedimento e passar por esse transtorno. Comentei o ocorrido no direct do Instagram visualizaram e me fizeram novamente de cachorro . Lastimável, tendo em vista que sem nós consumidores de seus produtos vcs n seriam o que são. O mínimo de respeito tem que ter com o cliente .

O atendimento é encantador, porém, a qualidade do produto deixou a desejar, desde quando estava utilizando pelo método tia tac, o cabelo soltava bastante, quando questionei, a atendente disse que era novo e era comum soltar "alguns" fios, por ser uma experiência nova me tranquilizou e aceitei, depois que eu coloquei o método fixo, a queda de fios piorou, fui em uma reunião da empresa, o piso porcelanato estava cheio de fios no chão, morri de vergonha. Fora o fato que ele embola bastante, até então por não se tratar de um cabelo humano eu entendo perfeitamente, porém a queda é o que me incomoda muito, basta passar a mão para ver os fios soltando, conforme a foto.
