Bem organizada e bom atendimento, porém o atendimento pelo WhatsApp é PÉSSIMO, geralmente só consigo finalizar uma compra 2 dias depois de ter mandado mensagem solicitando. Isso desgasta o cliente, principalmente quem precisa com urgência dos materiais, se melhorarem nessa questão, voltarei a classificar novamente, dessa vez dando as 5 estrelas.
Honestly, I really liked the store when I visited. Well organized and good service, however the service by WhatsApp is TERRIBLE, usually I can only finalize a purchase 2 days after having sent a message requesting. This wears out the customer, especially those who urgently need the materials, if they improve on this issue, I will classify again, this time giving the 5 stars.
