★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não superou minha expectativa, pois o pedido foi em duas vezes, ru tive que entrar em contato para saber o motivo, era para eu ter sido avisada e a NF eu tive que retornar pois não foi entregue junto com o material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 caixas de pisos e infelizmente tive prejuízo, pois ná direito a troca ou devolução e nenhuma peça veio inteira. Imaginei que piso ponta de estoque fosse com pequelas lasquinhas, mas vieram umas marcas no meio do piso e não fui avisada sobre isso. Gostaria de saber sobre o direito do consumidor na estorno do valor pago, já que me arrependi da compra em menos de 24 horas.
3 boxes of floors and unfortunately I had a loss, as I am not entitled to exchange or return and no part came whole. I imagined that the stock floor was with small chips, but there were some marks in the middle of the floor and I was not warned about it. I would like to know about the consumer's right to revert the amount paid, since I regretted the purchase in less than 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu paguei 16,99 reais no metro comprei e meu pai comprou também nois amamos ficou lindo,são pisos com pontas quebradas com defeito (não sei vocês mais eu fui avizado sim dos defeitos forambem francos comigo )pois é um pisos barato que é ponta de estoque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo, atendimento ruim e mentiroso. disseram-me que apenas alguns pisos seriam quebrados nas pontas, porem 95% dos pisos vieram quebrados.
E da pra perceber que foi proposital, pois os pisos estão intercalados entre 1 quebrado pra cima e outro quebrado pra baixo na caixa.
Foram selecionados os pisos ruins para essa venda. não foi aleatório
Fora que o vendedor passou um preço que quando mandou foto da tela dele, o produto tinha preço menor.. ou seja, aumentou o preço do produto na hora da venda.
