Liguei e fui atendida pelo Sr. Flávio, que me pediu para narrar o que estava acontecendo. Depois de ouvir meu relato ele prontamente me disse o que poderia ser, agendamos uma visita, ele chegou pontualmente, verificou tudo com muita atenção me explicando tudo com calma e educação. Retirou a bomba levou para sua oficina para fazer o trabalho, para minha surpresa no dia seguinte ele a trouxe toda reformada e consertada, reinstalou e está tudo perfeito.

I needed a professional to fix the water pump in my house, and without knowing anyone I resorted to Google, and randomly looking for a company named ATC - BOMBAS D'ÀGUA.
I called and was answered by Mr. Flávio, who asked me to narrate what was happening. After listening to my report, he promptly told me what it could be, we scheduled a visit, he arrived punctually, checked everything very carefully, explaining everything to me calmly and politely. He removed the pump and took it to his workshop to do the work, to my surprise the next day he brought it all renovated and repaired, reinstalled and everything is perfect.
