★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender foram super rápidos, em menos de 2 horas o vendedor veio a minha casa e o negócio foi fechado, agora na hora da garantia, já são mais de 4 meses esperando uma peça de reposição, realmente decepcionante, 1 estrela é muito para a falta de respeito ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Em dezembro de 2019 completou 1 ano da instalação da piscina. O serviço de alvenaria foi tão ruim, que rachou e inclinou a piscina e o deck de madeira. Relatei o ocorrido logo no início de janeiro, contudo até hoje não solucionaram o problema, ficam
jogando um pro outro. Me organizei para o Carnaval, pois não viajarei, e nada até agora. A atendente só sabe repetir que está sendo averiguado. Já acionei o advogado e documentos, caso não resolvam até o carnaval, vou partir para o processo. É uma empresa que não tem ética profissional nenhuma. Fazem a propaganda enganosa, pois o suporte técnico está aquém do que oferecem. E com esse calor todo não posso usufrui da piscina, ela está interditada.
