★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar para retirar o terno alugado do meu pai para o casamento da minha irmã descobrimos segundo o vendedor que o terno não estava pronto, nem se quer tinham feito a barra.
Visivelmente irritados, eu e minha mãe questionamos sobre isso e que achávamos isso uma grande falta de respeito por conta da loja, já que o casamento era no dia seguinte.
Nesse momento o vendedor da loja disse que poderia devolver nosso dinheiro, que a nossa conversa estava toda sendo gravada, foi extremamente rude, despreparado e anti-profissional.
Não recomendo esse estabelecimento por nada, fomos tratados igual lixo após um erro cometido pela própria loja. O vendedor ainda ficou todo de peito estufado, como se quem saísse por cima dessa situação lamentável. A nota real devia ser 0.
Não alugue nesta loja.
Upon arriving to pick up my father's rented suit for my sister's wedding, we found out, according to the seller, that the suit was not ready, nor had they even made the hem.
Visibly annoyed, my mom and I questioned this and that we thought it was a huge lack of respect for the store since the wedding was the next day.
At that point the store salesperson said he could return our money, that our conversation was all being recorded, he was extremely rude, unprepared and unprofessional.
I don't recommend this establishment for nothing, we were treated like rubbish after a mistake made by the store itself. The seller still had his chest puffed out, as if whoever had come out on top of this regrettable situation. The actual grade should be 0.
Do not rent from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Funcionárias desmotivadas e falta de educação. Fui alugar a roupa neste estabelecimento a mando dos noivos. As funcionárias em questão, por faltar 15 minutos para a loja fechar, pois o horário de atendimento vai até as 18 horas como mostra no site deles.
A falta de comprometimento com os "clientes" ficou a desejar. Uma moça que estava no balcão disse que não ia mais atender o telefone aquela hora que poderia ficar tocando, isso que falta tempo ainda para fechar a loja. A outra que estava vendo que a situação da barra da calça do meu filho estava curta insistia que estava bom e que era assim que usava. Falei para ela que não estava boa e pedi que arrumasse aquilo.
Fui informado pelo Eder que não fazem ajustes na loja de sábado, procedimento da loja. Quando fui ver a roupa do meu filho que estava na provando, pedi a uma moça que pegasse a roupa do outro pajem, e perguntei como a barra desse estava errada poderia ser que a barra dessa também estaria, pedi para verificar, tanto que levei uma calça dele para medirem. (Informei ao Eder que levaria a calça, porque ele não poderia ir no dia da prova, o mesmo disse que tudo bem). A moça que estava no balcão disse que poderia levar a calça que se tivesse curta eles arrumariam para mim mas no sábado. Respondi para ela que não iria no sábado, porque o Eder havia me dito que não faziam ajustes nesse dia, que teriam que resolver naquele momento. Porque pedi para deixarem eu ir no sábado para me ajudar disseram que não. A calça estava bem menor do que esperava, pedi para arrumar, todas la dentro com uma grade má vontade.
Não indico essa loja a ninguém.

A girl who was at the counter said that she would no longer answer the phone when it could be ringing, because there is still time to close the store. The other one who was seeing that my son's hem was short insisted that it was fine and that's how I wore it. I told her it wasn't good and asked her to fix it.
I was informed by Eder that they do not make adjustments in the store on Saturday, store procedure. When I went to see my son's clothes, who were trying on, I asked a girl to take the other page's clothes, and asked how the hem of this one was wrong could it be that the hem of this one would be too, I asked to check, so much so that I took a his pants to measure. (I informed Eder that I would take the pants, because he couldn't go on the day of the test, he said it was ok). The girl who was at the counter said I could take the pants that if they were short they would fix them for me but on Saturday. I replied that I would not go on Saturday, because Eder had told me that they did not make adjustments on that day, that they would have to resolve it at that moment. Because I asked them to let me go on Saturday to help me, they said no. The pants were much smaller than I expected, I asked them to fix them, all of them inside with a lot of ill will.
I don't recommend this store to anyone.
