★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a tng dia 04/11 no shopping Penha na parte da manhã trocar uma calça que meu marido havia ganho de aniversário , fui extremamente mal atendida por dois funcionários que lá estavam ,pedi pra fazer a troca por outra numeração , eles pegaram a calça trocaram levaram ao cx me pediram pra assinar o cupom e me avisaram que não poderia trocar mais porque era produto de promoção isso tudo sem olhar na minha cara , minha intenção era ver uma camisa tbem mas diante de tanta falta de ecucacao desisti da compra lamentável .

EU E MEU ESPOSO FOMOS ATENDIDOS POR UM RAPAZ, E NO CAIXA SE ENCONTRAVA UMA MENINA E LODO DE FORA OUTRA MENINA QUE POSSIVELMENTE ERAM VENDEDORAS DO LOJA TAMBÉM OU CAIXA...ENQUANTO O RAPAZ ATENDIA MEI ESPOSO E ELE PROVAVA UMA JAQUETA NO PROVAR, ESSAS DUAS FUNCIONÁRIAS TOTALMENTE SEM.POSTURA PROFISSIONAL NENHUMA E TÃO POUCO PREOCUPADAS EM ATENDERALGUÉM, CONVERSAVAM E RIAM DE OLHANDO PARA MINHA PESSOA, FIQUEI SEM ENTENDER NADA....A MOCINHA QUE ESTA DENTRO DO BALCÃO NÃO SATISFEITA SAIU DE TRÁS DO CAIXA(BALCÃO) PARA ME MEDIR DE CIMA EM BAIXO E RIAM E COCHICHAVAM LOUCAMENTE.

BOM SAÍ DA LOJA MUITO TRISTE E JUREI NUNCA MAIS ENTRAR EM NENHUMA TNG....POR TER FUNCIONÁRIOS DESPREPARADOS E NOS FAZER PASSAR PIR MOMENTOS TÃO CONSTRANGEDOR.
VERY EXPERIENCED. ON SATURDAY 04/05/19 I WAS IN THE STORE TNG SHOPPING PENHA IN THE PERIOD OF NIGHT, AROUND 21: 30HS. I AND MY WIFE WE WERE FULLY FULFILLED BY A BOY, AND IN THE BOX WAS A GIRL AND LODO OF ANOTHER GIRL WHO COULD BE SELLER OF THE STORE ALSO OR BOX ... WHILE THE BOY WAS MEI HUSBAND AND HE WOULD LIKE A JACKET IN THE PROVEN, THESE TWO OFFICIALS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT NO AND AND SO LITTLE CONCERNED IN ATENDERALGUÉM, CONVERSAVAM AND LAUGHING LOOKING FOR MY PERSON, I WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING NOTHING .... THE MOCINHA THAT IS INSIDE THE NOT SATISFIED BALCONY LEFT BEHIND THE CAIXA (BALCONY) TO I MEASURED UP AND LITTLE AND LAUGHED AND COCHICHAVAM MAD.
I WAS TRANSTORNED AND MADE MY HUSBAND TO REMOVE THE JACKET THAT HAD ALREADY ENJOYED, EXPLAINING HIM WHAT HAPPENED. ITSELF THAT THE SELLER ALSO BEEN VERY SAD WITH THE SITUATION AND VERY DISCRETELY APPROXIMATED FROM THE VENDORS TO CALL ATTENTION OF THEM .... WHERE THEY WANT THEM THEY DID NOT GIVE A MINIMUM.
GOOD OUT OF THE SHOP VERY SAD AND JUREI NEVER TO ENTER ANY TNG .... FOR HAVING DISPREPED EMPLOYEES AND MAKING PIR MOMENTS SO CONSTRANGED.
