Tem preferências por clientes, fica reclamando o tempo todo da sua unha e de outras profissionais durante o atendimento, não cumpre o horário marcado, chega atrasada e se não quer te atender mais fica te enrolando, não responde mais as mensagens, sem ética e gestão. Não sabe lidar com o público!

A Madah é uma mulher guerreira e que não mede esforços quando a palavra é trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Madah é ótima enquanto ela quer. Vive reclamando de clientes, deixa muito claro o que não a agrada mas não respeita suas clientes. Atrasa sempre, reclama até se a gente respira durante o procedimento, fala mal de clientes, vive na defensiva - que as pessoas reclamam de preço, de atendimento e vive se vangloriando que deixa de atender diversas clientes. Esse relato é para que vcs, assim como eu, não fiquem mais de 60 dias sem manutenção, implorando por um retorno simplesmente pq em um belo dia, após ela atrasar 40 minutos (ela chegou 20 atrasada, q eu estava na porta esperando e mais um tempo ate abrir o salao e iniciar o atendimento), eu começar a resolver algumas coisas por telefone, ja que não estava nos meus planos esse atraso, reclamar q os pelinhos da minha calça atrapalharam o bom andamento do trabalho dela. Fujam! Existem muitos profissionais incríveis, que precisam trabalhar e respeitam os clientes. Ela hoje pode ter muitos clientes, mas com essa postura, não sei se ainda terá por muito tempo. Nunca reclamei de absolutamente nada - de horario, de preço, de trabalho meia boca, nunca atrasei e foi isso que recebi em troca. NÃO RECOMENDO DE MANEIRA ALGUMA! Leiam as mensagens e avaliem se esse é o tratamento que esperam receber.
Madah is great as long as she wants to. She keeps complaining about clients, makes it very clear what she doesn't like but doesn't respect her clients. It is always late, complains even if we breathe during the procedure, speaks badly of customers, lives on the defensive - that people complain about price, service and bragging that they fail to serve several customers. This report is so that you, like me, do not stay more than 60 days without maintenance, begging for a return simply because on a beautiful day, after she was 40 minutes late (she arrived 20 late, I was at the door waiting and more a while until I open the salon and start the service), I start to solve some things over the phone, since this delay wasn’t in my plans, complaining that the hairs on my pants hindered the good progress of her work. Run! There are many incredible professionals who need to work and respect customers. Today she can have many clients, but with that attitude, I don't know if she will have it for a long time. I never complained about absolutely anything - time, price, half-hearted work, I was never late and that was what I received in return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN ANY WAY! Read the messages and assess whether this is the treatment you expect to receive.
