Já presenciei comigo e com outros também. Nunca consigo encontrar os donos para fazer as considerações então optei pela Internet.
Professionals are great, I was already attended by 2 professionals Nathy and Larissa. However, the receptionist service is terrible, with no education and respect for the customers. I've seen it with myself and with others as well. I can never find the owners to make the considerations so I opted for the Internet.

Não oferecem mais nada aos clientes (água, café).
I've been going to this salon since 2019 and I realize that the quality and professionalism has been dropping year after year. All the hairdressers that were good left.
They don't offer anything else to customers (water, coffee).
