★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes educadas, porém alugamos com mais de 6 meses de antecedência, a loja avisa que o vestido fica guardado até a data do casamento. Não cumpriram com a data, e agora com 20 dias antecedendo o casamento, minha noiva esta desesperada atras de vestido. Apesar de terem devolvido o dinheiro, fica aqui nossa insatisfação. Fizemos tudo com antecedência para não termos problema, e a loja faz isso.
Polite attendants, but we rent more than 6 months in advance, the store warns that the dress is kept until the wedding date. They did not meet the date, and now with 20 days before the wedding, my bride is desperate behind her dress. Despite having returned the money, here is our dissatisfaction. We did everything in advance so we wouldn't have a problem, and the store does that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoa física comentando: Atendimento péssimo, roupas sujas, usaram a expressão: "em cima da hora você só vai encontrar aqui", e deram preço diferente do combinado, saí e comprei em outro lugar ao invés de alugar. Aluguei uma peça pequena, dessas que não se encontra pra comprar, um amigo foi entregar e foi pessimamente recebido. Lamentável.
Individuals commenting: Terrible service, dirty clothes, they used the expression: "you'll only find it here at the last minute", and they gave a different price than what was agreed, I went out and bought it somewhere else instead of renting. I rented a small piece, one of those you can't find to buy, a friend went to deliver it and was badly received. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível, já não tenho o costume de alugar e fui parar logo nessa loja de péssimo atendimento, roupas não higienizadas em plena pandemia, ainda que não fosse as roupas precisam estar limpas para serem expermentadas por seus clientes,. Para completar peço um amigo para entregar a peça que aluguei, foi lamentavelmente, maltratado, não sei se chamo de preconceito por ser negro ou por estar de roupas de trabalho por ser um distribuidor de gás. Lamentável
Worst possible experience, I'm not used to renting anymore and I ended up in this store with poor service, clothes not sanitized in the middle of the pandemic, even if it wasn't for the clothes they need to be clean to be tried by their customers. To complete, I ask a friend to deliver the piece I rented, it was unfortunately mistreated, I don't know if I call it prejudice for being black or for wearing work clothes for being a gas distributor. Unfortunate
