★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo ifood um trio mega atelier Hamburgue com 3 carnes 3 ovos e outros ingredientes e um adicional de +1carne e +1ovo batata e Coca Cola. Porém não veio meu adicional eu pedi para trocarem a hambúrguer e a batata pois eu como os dois juntos ao entrar em contato com o restaurante via telefone e whatsapp que eles me passaram eles querem mandar somente a carne e o ovo ou o hambúrguer completo sem a batata porém minha batata já está fria pois estou a 40 mim tentando resolver o problema. Após ser tratado com muita arrogância e falta de educação e empatia comigo cliente solicitei que eles vinhessem pegar o lanche e trouxessem meu dinheiro mas a atendente se recusa pois disse que o dono responsável pelo restaurante não está no estabelecimento. Estou muito chateado pois meu amigos pediram em outro lugar já lancharam e eu estou aqui com fome e ninguém resolve meu problema! Muita alta de respeito com cliente me arrependi, não indico para ninguém foi a primeira vez e última! Nunca tive uma experiência assim em nenhum restaurante!!!
I ordered for ifood a trio mega atelier Hamburgue with 3 meats 3 eggs and other ingredients and an additional + 1 meat and + 1 new potato and Coca Cola. But my additional didn't come I asked to exchange the hamburger and the potato because I eat the two together when contacting the restaurant via phone and whatsapp that they gave me they want to send only the meat and the egg or the complete hamburger without the potato but my potato is already cold because I'm 40 trying to solve the problem. After being treated with a lot of arrogance and lack of education and empathy with the client, I asked them to come and get my lunch and bring my money, but the attendant refuses because she says that the owner responsible for the restaurant is not at the establishment. I am very upset because my friends asked elsewhere they already had lunch and I'm here hungry and nobody solves my problem! A lot of respect for the customer, I regretted it, I don't tell anyone it was the first and last time! I have never had such an experience in any restaurant !!!
