Sem me alongar, a pizza que teve o pedido finalizado as 20:32, com previsão de chegada de 65 a 70 minutos, só saiu para entrega as 22:01 e só chegou no destino as 22:46, ou seja mais de uma hora de atraso! No tocante ao atendimento ao cliente, simplesmente não existe, uma vez que o telefone não funciona! Não indico para ninguém

Ainda reclamei pelo WhatsApp e recebi a mensagem a senhora está certa não sei o que falar .
Como assim não sei o que falar ? Uma hora a culpa era do motoboy e depois fiquei sabendo que a pizza nem estava pronta.
Nossa estou mega estressada, fecha insuportável favor, sabor até bom mas atendimento mais que péssimo ?

Atendimento Maravilhoso, entrega rápido e pizza muito gostosa. Peço praticamente toda semana e divulgo para todo mundo, MAS QUERIA FAZER uma crítica. Nos meus últimos 3 pedidos tive um item errado. Na promoção que ganhava uma lata de pepsi eu comprei dentro da promoção e não veio o refrigerante, comprei uma coca pequena e vem um guaraná antártica que eu nem bebo, a pizza de BANANA nevada não veio legal. Isso é mais um feedback de um cliente fiel do que uma reclamação. Vou continuar comprando, mas esses pequenos erros são chatos.

Wonderful service, fast delivery and delicious pizza. I ask for it practically every week and share it with everyone, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO DO A critique. In my last 3 orders I had a wrong item. In the promotion that won a can of pepsi, I bought within the promotion and the soda didn't come, I bought a small coke and an Antarctic guarana that I don't even drink, the BANANA nevada pizza was not good. This is more feedback from a loyal customer than a complaint. I will keep shopping, but these little mistakes are annoying.
