Ontem, um funcionário, que não é mecânico, mas que falou algo para este, disse que deveria deixar o líquido de limpeza do radiador durante uma semana no sistema. Só que tal líquido é corrosivo e não deve permanecer no sistema. Sorte ter ouvido conselho de amigo experiente e pesquisado na Internet sobre o tema. Nem voltei na Atend Car. Perdi a confiança. A pior coisa para uma empresa é não ter profissionais competentes.
I even trusted this workshop, but after the second mistake, I gave up. Yesterday, a non-mechanical employee who said something to him said he should leave the radiator cleaner for a week in the system. But such a liquid is corrosive and should not remain in the system. Lucky to have heard advice from experienced friend and searched the Internet on the topic. I didn't even go back to Atend Car. I lost confidence. The worst thing for a company is not having competent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial foi muito bom. Porém, o que era pra ser apenas uma troca preventiva da correia dentada acabou se desdobrando em outros problemas. Foi "necessário" trocar a correia do alternador e o produto colocado partiu com menos de 15 dias. Ao menos o mecânico q realizou o último serviço resolveu o problema e não cobraram nada a mais.
The initial service was very good. However, what was supposed to be just a preventive replacement of the toothed belt ended up leading to other problems. It was "necessary" to change the alternator belt and the placed product left in less than 15 days. At least the mechanic q performed the last service solved the problem and they did not charge anything more.
