★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meus exames no vidaLab, que fica em um centro empresarial na av.sete e pelo que eu entendi minhas amostras foram processasdas na Atento laboratório. Bom como cliente e também profissional da área de saúde. O vidaLab falta infraestrutura e organização. A técncia não usou luva, o laboratório não possui um telefone fixo, não tem um computador eles usam notebook. Não fizeram uma fixa formal é meio bagunçado. Me passaram um número de celular Whatsapp, e a foto do Whatsapp é do recepcionista, isso é de uma falta de profissionalismo tremenda! E no resultado do exame eles nem colocaram o nome da médica que solicitou o exame. Juro que me arrenpendi dps que parei pra pensar meu Deus como fui parar nesse lugar. Mas em fim... Esse é um feedback para que vocês melhorem nesses aspectos. Porque eu fiquei até com medo dos resultados do exame não ser processando corretamente.
 I did my exams at vidaLab, which is in a business center on av.sete and from what I understand my samples were processed at Atento laboratory. Good as a client and also a healthcare professional. VidaLab lacks infrastructure and organization. The technique did not use a glove, the laboratory does not have a fixed telephone, it does not have a computer they use a notebook. They didn't do a formal fix, it's kind of messy. I was given a Whatsapp cell phone number, and the WhatsApp photo is of the receptionist, this is a tremendous lack of professionalism! And in the result of the exam they did not even put the name of the doctor who requested the exam. I swear I regretted that I stopped to think my God how I got there. But in the end ... This is feedback for you to improve in these aspects. Because I was even afraid of the exam results not being processed correctly.
