★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pra pegar informações de uma casa que estava interessada, só precisava ir visitar pra fechar o contrato de locação. E em vez de avisarem para mim ou para o outro cliente que havia alguém na frente interessado foi e alugou a casa para a outra pessoa sem nem ao menos me avisar. Pra mim estava quase tudo certo, pelas fotos eu amei a casa, estava saindo de casa para buscar a chave, resolvi mandar mensagem antes avisando que já estava indo la e me falam que foi alugado. Achei muita falta de respeito e ética.

Anunciaram uma casa no sábado, mandei mensagem no sábado mesmo, hoje segunda no horário comercial me responderam a respeito da casa, e em momento nenhum me falaram que alguém estava prestes a alugar, no meu horário de almoço fui até a imobiliária, foi difícil conseguir a chave pois só estava com o documento digital e eles não queriam aceitar, eu teimei pq não poderia dar viagem perdida e consegui a chave para ver o imóvel,bem mal atendida eu consegui, não são pessoas prontas para dar um atendimento ao cliente, já havia marcado hora, sabiam que eu estava para chegar, me senti mau recepcionada, parecia que estava em um lugar onde não deveria estar, pela forma como me olharam e falaram comigo, vi a casa e gostei, falei com o rapaz que entraria em contato por telefone para fechar negócio, porque naquele momento o tempo estava corrido para mim, uma hora depois eu entrei contato com ele e o mesmo me passou que não poderia dar continuidade na locação no momento porque tinha outra pessoa mandando os documentos pra alugar a casa. Acho uma falta de compromisso com o cliente. Eu entrei em contato, no mesmo dia fui ver a casa e no mesmo dia liguei pra fechar negócio e em menos de uma hora a casa estava sendo alugada para uma outra pessoa, seria mais fácil me pedir para aguardar até a resposta da pessoa que estava na frente.

I think it's a lack of commitment to the customer. I got in touch, on the same day I went to see the house and on the same day I called to close the deal and in less than an hour the house was being rented to someone else, it would be easier to ask me to wait until the person who was ahead.
