★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, cai o sinal direto não consigo utilizar o máximo da velocidade que pago e ainda um atendime to que deixa muito a desejar continuar a utilizar os serviços por ser a única que atende a minha região infelizmente com certeza se tivesse outros provedores o serviços seriam melhores.
 Too bad, the direct signal drops I can not use the maximum speed I pay and still a service that leaves much to be desired to continue to use the services to be the only one that serves my region unfortunately for sure if there were other providers the services would be best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tive a Atinet por dois anos e foi uma tortura!!!! aparece como sinal cheio, mas é bem lenta! vc contrata 3 mega e nao tem nem a metade! fora as pessoas que aparecem em casa, que reclamam que "aquilo nao faz parte do atendimento", que antena tá errada, que um monte de gente ja pegou seu sinal.... entre outras baboseiras! fora um atendente bem folgado que foi na minha casa e ficou sentado na minha rede enquanto o colega dele trabalhava!!!! detestei!
I had the Atinet for two years and it was torture !!!! appears as a full signal, but it's very slow! you hire 3 mega and not even half! Other than the people who appear at home, who complain that "that is not part of the service", which antenna is wrong, that a lot of people have already got your signal .... among other bullshit! I was a well-attended attendant who came to my house and sat in my hammock while his colleague worked !!!! I hated it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior prestadora de serviços que já experimentei na vida. Fui cliente num período de pelo menos 7 anos e tudo foi péssimo nesse período. O sinal, a velocidade, o atendimento ou a falta dele, enfim... Empresa ruim de verdade. Se tem amor ao seu dinheiro e sua saúde, fuja dessa roubada.
Worst service provider I have ever experienced in my life. I was a customer for a period of at least 7 years and everything was terrible during that period. The signal, the speed, the service or the lack of it, anyway ... Really bad company. If you love your money and your health, run away from this stolen one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pela natureza do serviço(internet via rádio) não se pode esperar muito, mas o preço e o serviço são decentes... A única ressalva fica por não ter atendimento de domingo.
No meu caso uso o pacote com 5Mbps de velocidade.
due to the nature of the service (internet via radio) you cannot expect much, but the price and service are decent ... The only caveat is that there is no Sunday service.
In my case I use the package with 5Mbps speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguem! Cai a toda hora, extremamente instavel. Quase imploramos por uma visita, e quando os tecnicos aparecem, dizem que não há nada errado..... e que o sinal esta estavel... tenho um album de fotos, dos registros de queda de sinal, ou SINAL NENHUM... péssimo! só mantenho a empresa porque infelizmente é a unica que atende onde moro! Talvez por isso.... seja tão ruim! recebem todos os meses, mas como tantas empresa no pais, não precisam manter Qualidade, nem se importar com o consumidor....estas são as empresas neste Pais, reflexo do Governo oportunista e irresponsável!
I do not recommend it to anyone! It falls all the time, extremely unstable. We almost beg for a visit, and when the technicians show up, they say there is nothing wrong ..... and that the signal is stable ... I have a photo album, signal drop records, or SIGN NO. . terrible! I only keep the company because unfortunately it is the only one that serves where I live! Maybe that's why .... it's so bad! receive every month, but like so many companies in the country, do not need to maintain Quality, nor care about the consumer .... these are the companies in this country, a reflection of opportunistic and irresponsible Government!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo suporte...a pessoa chamado Edimilson foi super grosso comigo, não deu suporte e ainda falou que eu estava ligando enchendo o saco, sendo que um cliente que paga um serviço a muitos anos. Ainda desligou na minha cara. Nunca vi tratar um cliente assim.
Lousy support ... the person called Edimilson was super thick with me, did not give support and even said that I was calling filling the bag, being a customer who has paid a service for many years. It still hung up on me. I've never seen a client treated like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atinet me serviu por muitos anos. Agora com a pandemia precisei de mais velocidade e infelizmente não tinham para oferecer. Mas o atendimento é muito bom, o pessoal do suporte e do financeiro são dedicados em ajudar.
Atinet served me for many years. Now with the pandemic, I needed more speed and unfortunately they had nothing to offer. But the service is very good, the support and finance personnel are dedicated to helping.
