⚠Falta de respeito com o consumidor⚠
Tenho alergia de farofa e ao pedir meu prato na cantina Panela de Barro, escolhi as opções que estava escrito na placa de frente do estabelecimento.
Quando o prato chegou, tinha uma montanha de farofa, chamei a garçonete e expliquei que eu não tinha solicitado farofa no meu prato, falei... MOÇA TENHO ALERGIA, VC PODE FAZER OUTRO PRATO PRA MIM POR FAVOR, POIS A FAROFA JÁ SE ESPALHOU E EU NÃO POSSO COMER NADA DE FAROFA.
Ela retirou meu prato da mesa e depois de alguns minutos voltou com um prato aparentemente novo, e pra minha surpresa quando eu levantei o bife à parmegiana estava cheio de FAROFA grudado por baixo ???.
Chamei a garçonete novamente e expliquei mais uma vez que não é que eu não gosto e sim porque eu tenho ALERGIA e não posso comer.
E por incrível que pareça é vez dela me pedir desculpas ela retirou meu prato e falou pra eu procurar outro estabelecimento ??.
Procurei saber quem era o responsável pelo estabelecimento e era o homem que estava no caixa vendo tudo o que estava acontecendo e não tenho reação alguma.
Indignada é a palavra que me resume neste momento.

'Lack of respect for the consumer'
I have a farofa allergy and when I ordered my dish at the Pana de Barro canteen, I chose the options that were written on the sign in front of the establishment.
When the dish arrived, there was a mountain of farofa, I called the waitress and explained that I hadn't ordered farofa on my plate, I said... LADY I HAVE ALLERGY, CAN YOU MAKE ANOTHER DISH FOR ME PLEASE, BECAUSE THE CROP HAD ALREADY SPREAD AND I CAN'T EAT ANYTHING OF CROP.
She removed my plate from the table and after a few minutes came back with an apparently new plate, and to my surprise when I lifted the steak parmigiana it was full of farofa stuck to the bottom ???.
I called the waitress over and explained again that it's not that I don't like it, it's that I'm ALLERGIC and can't eat.
And oddly enough, it's her turn to apologize to me, she removed my plate and told me to look for another establishment ??.
I tried to find out who was responsible for the establishment and it was the man who was at the register watching everything that was happening and I have no reaction.
Indignant is the word that sums me up right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma decepção total, fui com minha família para comer uma feijoada porém só encontrei feijão preto com ossos, o feijão estava bom as demais guarnições estavam bem temperadas mas a decepção foi a falta de carnes da feijoada mas muitos ossos, o atendimento é bom e o preço por quilo está na média da região, me senti engando pelos comentários de outras pessoas. Decepcionado não recomendo.
It was a total disappointment, I went with my family to eat a feijoada but I only found black beans with bones, the beans were good, the other side dishes were well seasoned but the disappointment was the lack of meat in the feijoada but many bones, the service is good and the price per kilo is on average for the region, I felt deceived by the comments of other people. Disappointed do not recommend.
