Ele tinha conversado com uma vendedora chamada sharon um dia antes e tava tudo certo aprovado só pediu pra eles ir ver o carro e assinar o contrato chegamos lá 10:00 horas da manhã dizendo que ia aprovar a ficha e nessa ficamos lá até as 15hrs da tarde e eles dizendo que estava em análise e nada de sair do análise sendo que tinha falado que já estava aprovado, mandou ele voltar na loja no outro dia dizendo que estava aprovado mais uma vez pra assinar o contrato e até hoje nada da aprovação. Vim aqui expressar a minha indignação por essa empresa por fazer esperar horas e horas e ainda enganaram eles.. Não indicooo
Bad experience, I went with a couple of friends to buy them a car. He had talked to a saleswoman named sharon the day before and everything was ok, he just asked them to go see the car and sign the contract. late and they said it was under analysis and nothing to get out of the analysis since he had said that it was already approved, they sent him back to the store the other day saying that it was approved once again to sign the contract and to this day nothing has been approved. I came here to express my indignation at this company for making them wait hours and hours and they still cheated.
