Gerente entrou em contato para tentar me vender outro veículo e foi totalmente grossa e sem um pingo de ética, chegando a dizer que a negociação nao comprida pela sua empresa não iria mudar em nada a vida dela.
A company of any concern with the customer, guarantees to sell the car to a consumer and does not comply with what was promised and sells to another.
Manager contacted me to try to sell me another vehicle and was totally rude and without an ounce of ethics, even saying that the negotiation for her company would not change her life at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESQUISEM O CNPJ PARA VER QUANTOS PROCESSOS A EMPRESA ESTÁ RESPONDENDO ANTES DE SE METER EM UMA FURADA! SERVE PARA TODAS! Fazer isso poderia me avitar muito prejuízo e muita dor de cabeça!
Para resumir.. comprei um carro cheio de problemas, onde o carro ficou muito mais tempo com eles tentando consertar do que comigo. Tentei fazer a devolução por várias vezes sem sucesso.. e tive que ficar pagando as parcelas até eles assumirem que não estavam conseguindo resolver os vários defeitos que o carro apresentava, e aceitaram a devolução, mas sem devolução do valor que eu paguei nos meses que o carro ficou com eles(não cobrei nenhum outro prejuízo nesta negociação). Só me devolveram o valor da entrada. Neste meio tempo foi muita dor de cabeça, perdendo tempo e dinheiro.. morando longe e tendo vários gastos por conta deles( inclusive sumiu quantidade significativa de combustível do tanque nas vezes que deixei para consertar, que se negaram a devolver mesmo tendo fotos tiradas do painel nos momentos que entreguei o carro a eles). A incompetência e tamanha que perderam o documento do carro que devolvi a quase um ano, e agora ficam me ligando e mandando mensagem, pedindo com várias ameaças entrelinhas para que eu assine o cancelamento de intenção de venda que ainda está no meu nome, e assim resolver a problema deles para que possa enganar um outro comprador. A história e muito grande que mesmo resumindo aqui, ainda sim seria muita coisa. Para finalizar, NÃO RECOMENDO NEM A UM INIMIGO A COMPRA NA ELLO AUTOMÓVEIS. Obs anteriormente tinha um comentário meu positivo aqui para eles a pedido deles, logo após a compra, que só estou lembrando de editar agora depois de quase um ano. Deve ser o caso e muitos aqui que fizeram o comentário positivo por pedido deles logo após a compra e depois da dor de cabeça, esqueceram de voltar para atualizar real experiência com eles. (Tenho todos os registros comprobatórios guardados de tudo que eu comentei a cima)
RESEARCH THE CNPJ TO SEE HOW MANY PROCESSES THE COMPANY IS RESPONDING BEFORE GETTING INTO A HOOK! SERVES EVERYONE! Doing so could save me a lot of damage and a lot of headache!
To sum it up.. I bought a car full of problems, where the car spent a lot longer with them trying to fix it than with me. I tried to return it several times without success.. and I had to keep paying the installments until they assumed that they were not able to solve the various defects that the car had, and they accepted the return, but without returning the amount I paid in the months that the car stayed with them (I did not cover any other losses in this negotiation). They only refunded the entry fee. In the meantime, it was a lot of headache, wasting time and money.. living far away and having several expenses on their own (even a significant amount of fuel from the tank disappeared in the times I left it to be repaired, which they refused to return even having photos taken of the panel in the moments that I delivered the car to them). The incompetence is such that they lost the document for the car that I returned almost a year ago, and now they keep calling me and texting me, asking with several threats between the lines for me to sign the cancellation of the intention to sell that is still in my name, and so on. solve their problem so you can cheat another buyer. The story is so big that even summarizing it here, it would still be a lot. Finally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN AN ENEMY TO PURCHASE AT ELLO AUTOMÓVEIS. Obs I previously had a positive comment of mine here for them at their request, right after purchase, which I'm just remembering to edit now after almost a year. It must be the case and many here who made the positive review by their request right after the purchase and after the headache, forgot to come back to update real experience with them. (I have all the supporting records kept of everything I mentioned above)
