As aulas são maravilhosas, e no final ela sempre encerra com Mindfulness, o que torna a aula mais prazerosa ainda, saio de lá totalmente relaxada, de bem com vida. A Heloisa que faz a parte do atendimento é super simpática e atenciosa, o que faz com que me sinta mais confortável ainda no Atitude Move. ?♀️
I'm doing Yoga with teacher Renata, and I'm in love! The classes are wonderful, and in the end it always ends with Mindfulness, which makes the class even more enjoyable, I leave there totally relaxed, well with life. Heloisa who is part of the service is super friendly and attentive, which makes me feel even more comfortable at Atitude Move. ?♀️
