Our complete disregard for the customer, hang up the phone in the face when you want to know about delivery. They made an attempt to deliver to the wrong address and soon after I couldn't get any more information! Terrible!!!

Voltaram com a mercadoria para a central de distribuição e recebi um email avisando. Liguei para a central e me deram duas opções, entregar no dia seguinte ou retirar na central. Fui retirar na central s logística e fui muito bem atendido e sem demora.
A lot of professionalism in this company. I bought a product from a company and at work time there was no one to receive it. They returned with the goods to the distribution center and I received an email warning. I called the central and they gave me two options, deliver the next day or pick up at the central. I went to pick up at the logistics center and I was very well attended and without delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior transportadora que tem pra entregas, não tem pressa nenhuma de entregar a mercadoria do cliente, pelo menos os meus pedidos praticamente todos fica parado com eles lá 4 dias até eles resolverem entregar. Não recomendo .
The worst carrier that has for deliveries, is in no hurry to deliver the customer's goods, at least my orders practically everyone stays with them there 4 days until they decide to deliver. I do not recommend .
