The guy who attended me was SUPER considerate, I think it was Dickson his name, gave me delivery options, super polite. The reason for the 4 stars is because the phone never answers, to be able to talk to them I had to call Joinville to get their phone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento , esta prendendo o meu produto no local , ninguém resolve nada , um joga para outro , comprei pelo site extra parceria com Electrolux - Transmagna não quer entregar o produto no 04 andar os mesmo alegam que so entregam ate o 02 andar , estão querendo cobrar uma taxa extra. Sem sucesso , totalmente insatisfeito e decepcionado
Bad service, this is holding my product in place, no one solves anything, one plays for another, I bought through the website extra partnership with Electrolux - Transmagna does not want to deliver the product on the 4th floor they claim they only deliver until the 2nd floor, they are wanting charge an extra fee. Unsuccessful, totally dissatisfied and disappointed
