O funcionário Leonardo não atende muito bem,vc não tem retorno,etc.
E uma pena que a diretoria não vê.
I wouldn't recommend it for QQ condo.

Atlantida has managed my property on Rua Farani in Botafogo since 2001. I live outside the country and need a company I can trust. Ana Maria Santiago has been my manager since the beginning and I am very grateful for her quick attention for almost 18 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, se for alugar algum apartamento administrado por eles minha dica é: corra. Os corretores são ótimos, só. Na locação os funcionários são extremamente mal educados e fazem tudo com toda má vontade possível. Sou inquilina de um apartamento administrado por essa empresa e desde o terceiro mês que moro lá é um problema diferente por mês, que se torna um grande custo de paciência e estresse para resolver.
Fico muito admirada uma por uma empresa que se diz tão antiga, 50 anos, e tão experiente não conseguir fazer o básico do trabalho deles: administrar e receber os clientes com atenção e educação.
I do not recommend, if you are renting an apartment managed by them my tip is: run. The brokers are great, that's all. At the location the employees are extremely rude and do everything with all possible ill will. I am a tenant of an apartment managed by this company and since the third month I live there it is a different problem per month, which becomes a great cost of patience and stress to solve.
I am very much admired by a company that claims to be so old, 50 years old, and so experienced that it fails to do the basics of their work: to manage and receive customers with attention and education.

Seria 5 estrelas se eu não tivesse obtido informações completamente divergentes na mesma semana. Mas , foi solucionado e não era nada tão grave.
She is the condominium / property administrator I live in, I never had any problems.
It would be 5 stars if I hadn’t got completely different information in the same week. But, it was solved and it was nothing so serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefônico é o pior que já vi ! Liguei inúmeras vezes é só te transferem ou deixam esperando séculos ouvindo uma música Insuportavel e desligam na sua cara, não conseguem resolver nada. Extremamente amadores.
The phone service is the worst I've ever seen! I called countless times and they just transfer you or leave you waiting for centuries listening to an unbearable song and they hang up on you, they can't solve anything. Extremely amateurs.
