★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte muito ruim. O bairro do Cohatrac inteiro está há 3 dias sem sinal e eles desativaram todos os contatos de forma que fica impossível fazer uma reclamação ou pedir satisfação. Não recomendo!
 Very bad support. The entire Cohatrac neighborhood has had no signal for 3 days and they have disabled all contacts so it's impossible to file a complaint or ask for satisfaction. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade, péssimo atendimento. Parece até que estamos pedindo favor, há 4 dias sem Internet e quando resolvem dá um parecer já estão encerrando expediente em pleno sábado. Uma falta de respeito e comprometimento. Não indico para ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se podesse, daria estrela negativa, péssima qualidade de sinal, sac inexistente, quando tem problema eles não respondem ou dão qualquer posição ou prazo para solucionar o problema. São 4 dias sem internet ou resposta do atendimento ao cliente, ATM é assinar e ter raiva.
If I could, I would give a negative star, bad signal quality, non-existent sac, when there is a problem they don't respond or give any position or deadline to solve the problem. It's 4 days without internet or customer service response, ATM is signing and being angry.
