★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nao indico ,pois estou com 6 parcelas en aberto querendo negociar , mas responsavel pelo financeiro marsilene e irredutivel . esta querendo receber o valor de 4355, quase o dobro , e ainda alega que esta cobranca e devida a valorizacao do imovel, eles mandam uma carta falando que esta com um super desconto pura mentira , nao da nem um centavo na negociacao meu nome e daniel furtado qualquer coisa e so me perguntarem , tenho a carta de desconto e as gravacoes com a mesma para provar tal verissidade dos fatos , e mais protestaram meu cpf, meu numero e 031.99145.6461

Comprei 2 terrenos, com um entrada e o restante parcelado em 84 vezes.
Paguei +-60 parcelas em dia e tive problemas quando atrasei a primeira parcela, juros muito alto e não consegue negociar.
Estou a 2 anos tentando cancelar o contrato e devolver os terrenos, eles estão me oferecendo menos de 50% do valor que paguei.
NOT RECOMMEND??

Deu entrada de 3 mil e parcelou o resto . Começou pagando 500 , virou o ano 600, virou outro ano 700 , outro ano 800 e esse ano já está em 1000. São 120 parcelas ou seja 10 anos pagando . O papo deles que esse juros é da valorização do terreno. Sinceramente nunca vi um tipo de negócio assim. Cada ano aumenta. Juros absurdo no final o valor que era 70 mil . Vai ser 200 mil ou mais . Enganação . Não indico .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma construtora séria. Loteamento bonito. Porem muito pouco humanizada. Com a pandemia a taxa de juros aumentou muito. As coisas ficaram dificeis. Poder de compra de muitos diminuiu. Mesmo sabendo disso, para os compradores q compraram parcelado a empresa aumentou a parcela no máximo q podia. Nao teve feeling para a situação. Poderiam ter dado um desconto ou usado outro indice. Somente no segundo ano de pandemia é q diminuiram um pouco o juros. Mesmo assim bem alto. Entao se vai comprar parcelado nao recomendo. Porem se tiver o dinheiro a vista, dá pra comprar.
