★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendido quando precisei. Essas pessoas que falam mal, provavelmente queriam alguma vantagem e por não terem conseguido, denigrem a imagem do cartório, que respeita as normas e regulamentos impostos para o perfeito funcionamento da entidade.
I was always very well attended when I needed it. These people who speak badly, probably wanted some advantage and because they did not succeed, they denigrate the image of the notary, which respects the rules and regulations imposed for the perfect functioning of the entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quando fiz um pedido de cert. de inteiro teor falaram que iam responder no proximo dia, fiquei mais de uma semana so ligando esperando o retorno , reenviei pq falaram q n tinha feito e no final deixaram pra la
Bad service, when I made a request for cert. in full, they said they would answer the next day, I spent more than a week just calling waiting for the return, I sent it back because they said I had not done it and in the end they let it go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, depois de vários dias ligando, atenderam o telefone, mas de nada adiantou uma má vontade tremenda em dar informações, sem contar que as certidões demoram de 5 a 10 dias para ficar pronta, onde moro pego tudo na hora pessoalmente, estão muito atrasados, pararam no tempo, infelizmente.
Poor service, after several days calling, they answered the phone, but to no avail a tremendous unwillingness to provide information, not to mention that the certificates take 5 to 10 days to be ready, where I live, I pick up everything on time in person, they are very delayed, stopped in time, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom! Falta cuidado e carinho com cliente. Não possue sala de espera com acentos. Tem uma cadeira na garagem, um banco de pedra debaixo de uma planta! O declarante não pode sair do local até que fiquem prontos os documentos, então deveria ter uma sala de espera decente.
Sem WC e sem bebedouro. LAMENTÁVEL!
Good service! Lack of care and affection for the customer. It does not have a waiting room with accents. There's a chair in the garage, a stone bench under a plant! The declarant cannot leave the premises until the documents are ready, so there should be a decent waiting room.
No toilet and no drinking fountain. UNFORTUNATE!
