★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo falar com a empresa, um telefone esta ocupado e outro só chama, preciso de um posicionamento da minha compra e não consigo falar com ninguém!! Uma empresa grande o mínimo que deve ter é um bom atendimento ou apenas um atendimento.
I can't talk to the company, one phone is busy and the other just calls, I need a placement of my purchase and I can't talk to anyone!! In a large company, the minimum you should have is good service or just a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do sofá parece uma carroça estrala todo,comprei dia 27/02/2021 na loja vero de Sumaré,constatei o problema logo de cara,a loja enrolou eu mais de mês pra dizer que iria tocar,me deu um prazo de 40 dias e até agora nada,já se passaram mais de 2 meses,nem ligo lá pra não me estressar mais,vou ter que ficar com esse sofá todo estrelando,não recomendo o sofá nem o pós venda da loja vero de Sumaré e a marca atraente estofados,detalhe o sofá é bem caro por sinal!!!
I didn't like the sofa, it looks like a whole wagon, I bought it on 02/27/2021 at the Vero store in Sumaré, I saw the problem right away, the store stopped me for more than a month to say it would play, it gave me a period of 40 days and so far nothing, it's been more than 2 months, I don't even care to not stress anymore, I'll have to keep this sofa all starring, I don't recommend the sofa or the after sales of the Vero store in Sumaré and the attractive upholstery brand ,detail the sofa is very expensive by the way!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo os estofados Atraente são péssimos. Paguei caro no produto achando q valeria a pena e me dei mau. Sofá parece q as molas estão todas soltas, estrala tudo quando senta e levanta dele, nunca vi coisa pior .
Entrei em contato c o vendedor e disseram q vão trocar o produto sem antes vir dar uma avaliada no mesmo. Se me trouxeram c o mesmo problema não vou aceitar.
Estou no aguardo da troca, já fazem 30 dias.
I do not recommend the Attractive upholstery are lousy. I paid dearly for the product, thinking it would be worth it, and I did badly. The sofa looks like the springs are all loose, everything cracks when you sit and get up from it, I've never seen anything worse.
I contacted the seller and said that they will exchange the product without first giving it an evaluation. If they brought me the same problem, I will not accept it.
I'm waiting for the exchange, it's been 30 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 modelos diferentes. Um achei bem fracil e muito macio passando a sensação de fragil. O segundo modelo é bem mais forte o assento passando uma ideia de mais robusto. Ambos tem os braços com bem pouca espuma. Vale apena visitar o produto nas lojas antes de comprar.
I bought 2 different models. One I found very fragile and very soft giving the feeling of fragile. The second model is much stronger, the seat conveying an idea of being more robust. Both have arms with very little foam. It is worth visiting the product in stores before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um dia retrátil faz um mês e estou a espera de representante, tem 2 módulos a espuma de UM é diferente do outro uma magia outra mas firme sem contar na dificuldade de puxar um lado pra frente, decepcionada. Espero que tenha sorte em poder trocar.
I bought a retractable day a month ago and I'm waiting for a representative, there are 2 modules the foam of ONE is different from the other one another but firm, not to mention the difficulty of pulling one side forward, disappointed. I hope you're lucky to be able to switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é ruim, mas depois de um tempo usando o sofá percebe-se que não irá durar muito. Além disso, as molas do assento só estão lá para cobrar mais caro, pois não tem qualquer efeito ergonômico ou de conforto da forma que foram colocadas. Infelizmente as boas marcas de sofá não atuam no RJ...
It's not bad, but after using the sofa for a while you realize that it won't last long. Also, the seat springs are only there to charge more, as they don't have any ergonomic or comfort effect in the way they were placed. Unfortunately, good sofa brands don't work in RJ...
