★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam mudar este sistema d telefonia,pq quando liga pra loja,ficamos vários minutos ouvindo uma musiquinha e ninguém atende,a dias tento falar com um representante mas nada de ser atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei meia hora no telefone e não fui atendido eu acho que são descaso com cliente cliente liga para saber se tem as peças na loja para não precisar de ir lá à toa agora você fica meia hora e ainda não ser atendido a falta de respeito com os próprios clientes dele tô vendo que essa loja não vai ficar muito em Ribeirão das Neves

Worst store in Minas, horrible service, if you try to call it is a waste of 45 minutes waiting without being answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra essa loja e me informaram q não poderiam entregar a peça pq o motoboy só trabalha até 15:30,tive q pedir outra pessoa pra ir até o local pq não havia mais entrega. Era 16:10,a loja funciona até 18 !Sabe o motivo?Eles pensam q estão fazendo favor pra nós, muita má vontade de atender,vendedor mal educado,fui trocar uma peça que veio errado e o cara disse q era meu carro q tava com problema! Foi a última vez que compro nessa loja!
I called this store and they told me they couldn't deliver the part because the motoboy only works until 15:30, I had to ask someone else to go to the place because there was no more delivery. It was 4:10 pm, the store works until 6 pm! Do you know why? They think they are doing us a favor, very unwilling to serve, rude salesman, I went to change a part that came wrong and the guy said it was my car that I was in trouble! It was the last time I shop at this store!
