Entregamos o imóvel há mais de 2 meses , até o momento não citaram a respeito da devolução do depósito Caução , estão enrolando para fazer a vistoria de entrega do imóvel .
Empresa não age com transparência ! Muito cuidado .

Tanto eu locatária como a proprietária tivemos diversos problemas. Entre eles o não pagamento do condomínio mesmo eu fazendo o repasse certinho do mês. Além de atrasar o aluguel para a proprietária. A funcionária Juliana é completamente despreparada para atender a uma pessoa com educação e cortesia, não é sincera e inventa mentiras como desculpas para seu não compromisso com as coisas. MUITA dificuldade de comunicação, demoram a responder, não dão retorno das solicitações e acham que estão fazendo um favor, quando na verdade estão prestando um serviço. Ela não passa as informações corretas e não é no mínimo educada ao falar! Estou no processo de devolução do caução e espero não ter problemas como outras pessoas relataram aqui. Em resumo, se não quer ter problemas: NÃO ALUGUE COM A ATTUARE IMOBILIÁRIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um apartamento na Taquara alugado por essa imobiliária. Não mandam o contrato, não respondem mensagem, o inquilino está meses sem pagar e eles não se movem nem pra responder. Não indico a ninguém! Péssimos!!! Vamos ver se assim me respondem

Podemos dar qualquer nome mais apropriado a quem faz o que eles fazem sob o comando da tal Juliana Furtado que é irresponsável, mentirosa e, além de tudo, ainda se apropriou da caução locatícia do imóvel que alugou. Fechamos contrato com a suposta empresa para administração do nosso imóvel, estamos vivendo uma situação absurda e arcando com um prejuízo inacreditável! Eles não prestaram conta da caução, não foi feita a quitação de nenhum débito que o inquilino deixou em aberto aliás, diga-se de passagem, várias cotas de IPTU, condomínio, água, aluguel e um imóvel em condição absurda de depredação!!!!!!! Ela, como sócia gerente, não prestou conta de nada, não deu satisfação e simplesmente é como se nunca tivesse tido qualquer tipo de contato com a gente. Embolsou $7.200,00 simplesmente na maior cara de pau! Fiquem atento e guardem bem esse nome ATTUARE GERENCIAMENTO IMOBILIÁRIO - JULIANA FURTADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se houvesse nota menor, daria! A "corretora" marca de mostrar imóvel e não aparece, não responde a mensagem no WhatsApp e não atende as ligações. Para piorar, alguém atendeu e pude ouvir ela dizendo para desligar que não era para atender. Mandei mensagem dizendo que denunciaria, foi quando ela resolveu responder falando que ficou sem bateria, sendo que o porteiro me garantiu que nenhum corretor havia ido ao imóvel e as mensagens que enviei foram entregues imediatamente quando enviei, mostrando que o celular dela não estava desligado. O nome da "corretora" é Juliana e é alguém extremamente desrespeitosa no trato, não serve para trabalhar com isso! Eu cheguei no horário marcado, mas havia enviado uma mensagem avisando que poderia atrasar uns 10 minutos, ela simplesmente não apareceu e não retornou dizendo que não iria.
