A gente queria alugar um apartamento com essa agência; infelizmente, a pessoa que tinha o mandato, alugava esse apartamento e nao queria pagar o aluguel até o fim (fim de agosto). Ela pressou muito a gente para entrar no apartamento quase imediatamente. Nos gastamos muita energia com ela, para negociar, perdemos tempo e no final o apartamento.
Falta de professionalismo porque a gente ofereceu o preço que o propirétario queria e o proporiétario teria aluguel até o final de agosto e teria um novo locatorio o 1ero de setembro. Uma pena que ela priorizou o interesse dela e nao do propriétario.
No final a gente achou um lugar para morrar, uma opçao finalmente mais legal. Queria criticar essa atitude mas no mesmo tempo agradecer o destino.
No "professionalism" for me, very bad experience.
We wanted to rent an apartment with this agency; unfortunately, the person who had the mandate rented this apartment and did not want to pay the rent until the end (end of August). She really rushed us into the apartment almost immediately. We spent a lot of energy with her, to negotiate, we lost time and in the end the apartment.
Lack of professionalism because we offered the price the landlord wanted and the landlord would have rent until the end of August and would have a new tenant on the 1st of September. Too bad she prioritized her interest and not the owner's.
In the end we found a place to die, an option that was finally nicer. I wanted to criticize this attitude but at the same time thank fate.
